Part cookie, part cake - this cookie has it all! Deliciously soft and chewy with a robust chocolate flavor.

• 1 box chocolate cake mix
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 tbsp water
• ½ cup shortening
• confectioner's sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix together, by hand, cake mix, egg, water, and shortening, being careful not to over mix. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls, then coat in confectioner's sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

Remove finished cookie from oven and immediately dust with confectioner's sugar.
